Sat Nav Your Life (SYL) is a self development programme for children and young people, using steps and techniques to help navigate them through their school and social life experiences.  This programme encourages self-reflection, development and empowerment.

This programme can be delivered on an one to one basis and within a group setting.

With the impact of Covid 19 on children and young people this programme is aim at helping them to focus on their personal goals and build resilience to challenges.

We have the skills and experience of working with ages, from 7 years to young adults.
